What we do
Ultrainbox is an email productivity application, available over Mac desktops as an Email Client. It connects all your email accounts in one inbox, hyper-organises them using labels and hashtags, lets you connect powerful apps, and helps automate workflows and actions using artificial intelligence services like GPT. Hereinafter referred to as “Ultrainbox”, “Email Client”, “Ultrainbox Email Client” or “Product”.
What data do we collect
Being an email client that resides on your Mac or Desktop, we do not store, collect or even pass through, any data on a server side application.
You can connect your existing email account on the local email client in two primary ways:
a. Using a Login via the email service (hereinafter referred to as "Login Via") for e.g. Login via Google or Login via Outlook
b. Using IMAP account details (hereinafter referred to as "IMAP Login") by entering the username and password of your email service
When you connect your email account in this manner, we collect the following data that is stored locally, and where available, using your Operating System providers secure services like Apple Keychain:
· Personal identification information (e.g. Name, username, email address), as fetched from your email service provider
· When you use the second option of IMAP we store your username and password locally on your client and device, and where available in a secure service like Apple Keychain.
Our core product and service provides an option to Sign-in via Google. If you use this option Google's Privacy Policy will apply, which you may view at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US.When you use Sign-in via Google we collect, with your permission, your associated profile picture and email ID. Similarly the privacy policy of other providers such as Apple’s iCloud, Yahoo etc may apply.

Once passed, directly from the email client, we do not store this data at our end. These payment services providers store the data as per their security best practises.

How do we store your data?
Our marketing website at https://ultrainbox.io has been built using a platform provided by Godaddy.com, and uses their servers, mostly located in the United States of America, to store your data on their servers using generally accepted security standards. However, this data maybe stored in multiple locations where the providers servers are located.
Our core product the Ultrainbox Email Client stores all data, locally on your device.
We will keep your Cookie Data data till the time we use the data to engage with you or you are registered to our products and services. Personal Identification Information data, if any, that is stored locally on the Ultrainbox Email Client is stored till you delete the application from your Mac or Desktop device.
How to manage cookies
You can set your browser not to accept cookies, and the website allaboutcookies.org tells you how to remove cookies from your browser. However, in a few cases, some of our website, products and/or service features may not function as a result.
Marketing
If you have specifically signed up to receive, we will send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like or general content related to our service. We do this only if you have specifically signed up to receive these via email, SMS or other means.
You have the right at any time to opt out of our newsletters, marketing updates and advertising.
